The Facinating World of Students
The Mattawan Later Elementary project was wrapping up, and the school reserved a large space for mural, to be printed on panels. The school didn't feel strongly about any of the pre-made patterns and designs provided by the panel company, so the interior design department handed the project over to me.
The final mural is a collage of different concepts and subjects elementary students would encounter during their time at school, giving them a chance to connect the classroom to the world. The original illustration was hand inked, scanned in and touched up, and then colored in Photoshop.
